Not since World War II, have so many community celebrations been cancelled across Canada and even so May Day in Fort Langley has had a continual presence since 1922. It has never been cancelled. As the 100th Anniversary of this event approaches in 2020, the Parade and Celebration organizers – the Fort Langley Lions Club have joined forces with the Langley Centennial Museum to make sure the celebrations continue albeit ‘virtually”
The Organizers are proud to invite you to the 2020 edition of the May Day Celebration and Parade and hope you will tune in at 11 am on Monday May 18 to see this fabulous historical presentation of past celebrations.
