The organizers of Canada Day in Fort Langley are looking for further direction from Canadian Heritage and the Province of British Columbia with in regards to the current order related to MASS GATHERINGS and Social Distancing and any movement towards relaxing it by Canada Day. It does seem unlikely, but everyone is keeping fingers crossed. Regardless Organizers will look at other delivery options to help the Township of Langley and Metro Vancouver’s citizens to celebrate Canada Day in some manner or fashion that might be ‘non-traditional’.
A birthday is a birthday and there needs to be a party, no matter what!
Prior to this pandemic, the organizing team put together a wonderful line-up of great talent including local and international acts. Keep this website bookmarked and come back to it for updates. But remember that everyone should still be practicing social distancing and keeping themselves healthy and the others around them safe. We are counting on everyone to do the right thing, so that we can return to normal sooner that later!
