The BC Farm Museum has the province’s largest collection of pioneer and agricultural artifacts. Come visit the BC Farm Museum in beautiful Fort Langley on Canada Day when admission is by donation.
The museum is a place where the past greets the present, through the rich and vibrant stories of the pioneer settlers of the Fraser Valley. Agriculture is alive and well throughout the province, especially in the Fraser Valley. Our new historical farm murals are throughout the museum.
Celebrate Canada Day 150 at the Farm Museum! The Cool Balloon Guy entertains from 10:30 to 1:30. Play with the animals in the Aldor Acres Petting Zoo. See how rope is made, and watch the blacksmith in action and take home a sample! Participate in our scavenger hunt and get a prize. Check out great-grandma’s kitchen or great-grandpa’s tractor and carriage. The Small Engine Club will make lots of noise. Get your sticker in your passport. Enjoy the entertainment on the street, and then take a hayride around town.
LOTS MORE FUN FOR EVERYONE!

Visit the Blacksmith Shop in the Farm Museum! The Moir Blacksmith Shop was originally located in Milner. The entire historic blacksmith shop was moved to the Farm Museum and is operational again. What do blacksmiths make? How were they part of farming life?
We are pleased to be presenting the Cool Balloon Guy – Matthew Johnson again this year, twisting some really interesting shapes to delight all children. Click Here for his information Sheet
